Return and Refund Policy
General Policy Due to the delicate nature of our "Ecru" fabric and our limited production model, we have a strict return policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Returns for Customer Convenience We do not accept refunds for "change of mind," "wrong size," or "appearance different from image."

Size Exchange: We accept size exchanges ONLY if stock is available. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Defective or Wrong Items In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it for a new one at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced) Our products are made of Ecru (unbleached) fabric, which is highly sensitive to stains. We strictly refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Stains or Odors: Items with makeup (foundation, lipstick), dirt, perfume, tobacco, or body odors caused by trying on the garment.

Items returned more than 8 days after delivery.

Items that have been worn (other than trying on), washed, or cleaned.

Items with missing tags or accessories.
4. How to Request a Return/Exchange You must contact us via email before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
