    Return and Refund Policy

    General Policy Due to the delicate nature of our "Ecru" fabric and our limited production model, we have a strict return policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

    1. Returns for Customer Convenience We do not accept refunds for "change of mind," "wrong size," or "appearance different from image."

    • Size Exchange: We accept size exchanges ONLY if stock is available. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Defective or Wrong Items In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it for a new one at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    3. Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced) Our products are made of Ecru (unbleached) fabric, which is highly sensitive to stains. We strictly refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    • Stains or Odors: Items with makeup (foundation, lipstick), dirt, perfume, tobacco, or body odors caused by trying on the garment.

    • Items returned more than 8 days after delivery.

    • Items that have been worn (other than trying on), washed, or cleaned.

    • Items with missing tags or accessories.

    4. How to Request a Return/Exchange You must contact us via email before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
