    ■ Products & Materials

    Q. Are the black specks on the fabric dirt?
    No, they are not dirt. We use unbleached "Ecru" fabric to preserve the natural texture. The black or brown specks are fragments of cotton leaves and stems, which are proof of the natural material. They will gradually blend in with repeated washing.

    Q. Will it shrink after washing? It depends on the item.

    • One Wash items: Since they are pre-washed during production, there will be minimal shrinkage.

    • Raw / Rigid (Unwashed) items: Due to the nature of the fabric, slight shrinkage (about 1-2 cm) may occur after the first wash. Note: In either case, we recommend air drying, as tumble drying may cause excessive shrinkage or loss of shape.

    Q. Do you offer hemming services?
    We do not offer hemming services for online orders. Please consult a local alteration shop.

    ■ Shipping & Orders

    Q. When will my order arrive?
    In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days after payment. Pre-order or made-to-order items will be shipped according to the schedule listed on the product page.

    Q. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship ONLY to countries/regions where we do not have official stockists. If you live in a country with an authorized retailer (e.g., South Korea), please purchase from our partner shops.

    Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Yes, we deliver in our original simple packaging.

    ■ Returns & Exchanges

    Q. Can I return or exchange items if they don't fit?
    We do not offer refunds for customer convenience. However, we accept size exchanges ONLY if stock is available (customer pays shipping). Please contact us within 7 days. Note: Items with stains or odors from trying on cannot be exchanged.

    ■ Store & Others

    Q. When is the physical store "NAYA" open?
    Our gallery shop "NAYA" in Kojima, Okayama, is open irregularly or by appointment. Please check our official Instagram or the "Visit reservation" page for the latest schedule.

    Q. Will sold-out items be restocked?
    Since we produce in small batches, some items may not be restocked. Please check our Instagram for updates.
